A packaging supplier, given the first tool of its kind: one that teaches customers how to pack.

Open cardboard boxes from above

PackNBag wanted to keep its customers and win new ones. We mapped out the entire business and every operation in it, and found a new way to do both: Pack Assist, which shows customers the right packaging to buy and how to pack it to cut cost.

I’m sending two candles, a mug and a framed print.

Pack

That fits in one parcel: a 310 × 220 × 150 mm box, with the print wrapped flat on the base. At 2.1 kg cubic weight, it costs less to send than the two boxes you’d usually use.

Packing, taught at the point of sale.

Pack Assist gives existing customers a way to learn how to pack their orders, see the packaging they actually need, and pack it in the cheapest way. It does the same for new customers, and it’s the first tool of its kind in the packaging industry.
